Playland-At-The-Beach

Playland-At-The-Beach was the amusement park for San Franciscans. It was torn down a few years before I got there, but many of my coworkers in the San Francisco Post Office had memories of going there as kids.

The offices down in San Francisco used to throw out the pages to calendars on the last day of the year. With the advent of computers and permanently sealed windows that custom has disappeared.
