We got Oliver from school and held on to him until pickup. He is such a great kid.
At recess today he was running around and a classmate accidentally bumped into him and he fell and got a bloody nose. We got the news before we picked him up so we were a little worried how he was taking it. But he wasn't bothered at all. All the kids and teachers love him. He's a good kid and a pretty good conversationalist for a five year-old. On the days we have him after school he tells us all about his school day. He's really positive and he's learning every day. A little sponge. Amazing kid. Joan is "Mama Joan" and I'm Bob.
Today he was showing off his tie. He's been wearing ties lately. The tie was a clip-on with pictures of construction equipment. I complimented him on it and he said "thank you". Really well-behaved. And a really cool tie.
