We had that big dinner tonight. Fish stew: Manila clams, rockfish, prawns, scallops and Dungeness crab. Joan cooked it and I ate it, along with both of Joan's daughters and Andrew, Kate's spouse, and a step-nephew and wife.
Everyone had a good time, everyone enjoyed the food and everyone was talking and laughing. The house hasn't been this loud in a long time. It was good.
