I took this photo in the early 80s. It's a statue in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, and at the time it had some stability problems. I used it for the cover art of a cassette of songs I'd done, which I called "Unstable Idol". I was also thinking of folks like Elvis Presley. There's something about the boards that hold the statue in place and the wild eucalyptus trees in the background that struck my artistic eye.
Actually, this post is some thing that you do not see everyday. It is a great thing that I stumbled on this blog post thanks to my pal who showed it to me. It’s very unique for a blogger to shell out a large amount of time and effort providing the insight that you shown.
